Analysis
In the heart of Jerusalem’s history, between the alleys of Jaffa Street and Beit Amiel Street, a project is born that connects past and future: Hatzerot-Yafo. The complex is located in a mixed-use area that includes residential buildings, commercial spaces, lively streets, and rare heritage sites.
This is a complex urban environment where innovative planning, preserved historic structures, modern lines, and the distinctive character of Jerusalem’s streets come together, offering a rare opportunity to live within history without giving up modern comfort.

The Proposal
Every Project Becomes a Community
In Hatzerot-Yafo, the community is not created, it awakens. Among the stone houses, preserved courtyards, and narrow streets, a neighborhood is emerging that knows its history yet lives its future. This is where there’s a shop downstairs, a neighbor who keeps a spare key, and someone knocking on your door to offer a cake for Shabbat. A community that grows naturally from its surroundings and fits them perfectly.
