Iceland Platinum

The project is being advanced according to the urban renewal policy of the Yuvalim–Ganim district. The plan includes the regulation of an area designated for intensive construction along Henrietta Szold Street, with careful planning of public spaces, special housing, and commercial areas. The masterplan places emphasis on integrating infrastructure, transportation connectivity, open spaces, and preservation points, as part of the spatial transformation of western Jerusalem.

The plan includes 231 residential units in a 42-story tower, featuring a rich mix of standard apartments, penthouses, and special housing units. The residential area totals approximately 30,000 square meters, with an additional 1,500 square meters allocated for ground-floor commercial spaces. The project also includes 1,200 square meters of public spaces, community areas, ramps, lobbies, underground parking, and service buildings. The design emphasizes a complete living experience – for residents, the community, and passersby alike.

Iceland Platinum is a project driving real change in the heart of the neighborhood, completing the sequence of developments along the northern edge of Kiryat Menachem.
