Beit HaKinnor

The complex is located in Block 30036, Lots 25 and 26, covering a total area of approximately 0.72 dunams. The area is subject to advanced plans that integrate residential, commercial, and hospitality uses while preserving the historic fabric. The existing buildings are listed for preservation, and the project is aligned with approved height limits, with an emphasis on coordination with the municipality’s preservation department.

The project includes a commercial floor, a lobby, and service rooms on the ground level, with residential floors above comprising 38 housing units in a diverse mix of 2–4 room apartments and special units. The apartments feature meticulous design, spacious balconies, and flexibility for combining units on the upper floors. The program is aligned with urban planning guidelines and existing site constraints.

The design draws inspiration from the world of the violin  a connection between past and future, a harmony of elements. The proposal includes the addition of floors, height alignment, and preservation of existing facades, maintaining a balance between modern architecture and the historical character of the street. The project integrates seamlessly into the urban landscape and is planned to serve as a high-quality anchor for the area’s renewal.
